Returning Library Materials

Books and calculators can be returned to the library in any of the following ways. If you choose to come to campus, you must follow the procedures below and wear a face mask. Parking is available in Lot 5. 

  1. Library Book Drop: Library items can be returned to our book drops Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). The book drops are located at the south entrance of the library on either side of the entrance doors, and are labeled Book Depository. The south entrance faces the C Building on the Colorado Campus. You, and anyone accompanying you, must fill out a COVID-19 self-assessment form before coming to campus. When you submit the form, you will immediately be notified whether you are cleared to come to campus.

Parking: Parking is available in Lot 5 (entrance to lot on Bonnie Avenue).

  1. By Mail: If you are unable to come to campus, you can mail your library materials to us. Due to the pandemic the library cannot guarantee how quickly items are received. Please make sure that you securely package your materials before mailing them, to ensure that there is no physical damage to materials during transit. Mail your materials to the following address:

Health and Safety Measures

Please wait for at least five days before reaching out about your returned materials, so that staff members can properly quarantine and sanitize returned items. 


Online Library Account (PCC Students, Faculty and Staff)

Students, faculty and staff can check their online library accounts with their LancerPoint login information. You can access your library account at the following link:


Due Dates

Library materials can be borrowed for the entire semester and will be due on the last day of the semester. If you borrowed materials during a previous semester, please email for assistance.


Financial Holds (Students) 

If you have a financial hold, please contact the library's Circulation staff once you have returned your library materials. If you are using mail, please let us know when you have mailed the materials and provide a mailing tracking number (if possible).

We will temporarily lift a financial hold in case you need to register for classes or obtain transcripts.
