Search Tips

To locate books of poetry or about poetry in the PCC Library, begin with the search box below (or the library homepage).  You can simply enter an author name and/or title words in the search box.   For example:   snowy evening frost

Another approach is through the advanced search screen.  In advanced search you can select which field you would like to search - author, title, subject, etc.   After locating a title of interest click on the title link, the Availability link or the Editions and Format link.   Write down the location and call number.   The PCC Library uses two call number systems: the Dewey Decimal or Library of Congress Classification System.  This number leads you to the specific item on the shelf.
