Anyone may access JSTOR from within the library on our public terminals. Off-campus access requires a current LancerPoint username and password.
JSTOR offers scholarly journal articles, books, and primary sources in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences. PCC has access to JSTOR's Arts & Sciences I, II, III, V, VII, and XI collections, as well as JSTOR's Open Access eBook Collection. JSTOR also incorporates the thousands of searchable, high-quality Artstor images covering architecture, painting, sculpture, photography, decorative arts, design, and more.
is collection of academic journals in various disciplines. Unlike many databases JSTOR does not have the most recent publications. Its primary function is to preserve access to journals for future researchers. Journal issues are typically added to JSTOR 3 to 5 years after publication in what is referred to as a moving wall.
There are multiple collections within JSTOR and the PCC Library does not subscribe to all collections; consequently, a journal that is said to be in JSTOR may not be available in our version of JSTOR.
