Toolbar when viewing articles in EBSCOhost interface

The EBSCO toolbar will appear above an article. 

Save icon in EBSCO toolbarSave: Add an article to the Saved Items in your MyEBSCO account. You can create a free MyEBSCO account. If you are not logged into your account, the article will only be saved during your current session.

Cite icon from EBSCO toolbarCite: Generate a citation for the article in MLA, APA, Chicago and other styles. Carefully review these citations with a style guide to ensure proper formatting.

Add to Project button from EBSCO toolbarAdd to Project: Add the article to a Project in your MyEBSCO account. Projects are used to group saved articles from EBSCOhost for easier tracking.

Share button from EBSCO toolbarShare: Email an article to yourself or someone else, or save it to your Google Drive or OneDrive. During the research process, you may want to email or save promising articles, and later determine which you will use in your paper.

Download button from EBSCO toolbarDownload: Download an article to your device. In a library computer lab, you may save a downloaded article to a USB flash drive, or use the Share option above to place it on your Google Drive or OneDrive.

Print button from EBSCO toolbarPrint: Print an article to your own device or at the library.

Translate button on the EBSCOhost toolbarTranslate: Translate the article into another language. Available when viewing documents in HTML format, not PDF. This is an automated translation tool, and may result in inaccuracies.

Publication Contents button from EBSCOhost toolbarPublication contents: View links to additional articles from the journal, newspaper or magazine issue that contains the article you're currently viewing.

Listen button from EBSCOhost toolbarListen: Reads the text of an article aloud. This feature produces more reliable results articles in Online Full Text format than with an article PDF.

Accessibility Request button from EBSCOhost toolbarAccessibility Support: Request that EBSCO provide the article as a Word or PDF document for accessibility needs. For assistance with accessibility, we recommend reaching out to Lancer Accessibility Resource Services (LARS)

Table of Contents button on EBSCOhost toolbarTable of Contents: View the table of contents of an ebook. From the table of contents, you can click to view to or download a particular chapter or section.

 

Text-to-Speech button on EBSCOhost toolbarText-to-Speech: Launches a tool that reads ebook content aloud.
